FAQ

What's included in the 12-point health check?
Tyres (pressure and wear), brakes (pads and fluid), chain (tension and lube condition), fluids (oil, coolant, brake), lights (front/rear), battery (charge and health). We report findings via WhatsApp with photos.
How does garage coordination work?
You tell us your preferred workshop. We arrange pick-up, drop-off, and coordination. You receive updates throughout. Our role is to be your trusted coordinator.
Can you do repairs during a visit?
Yes. Minor mechanical work can be carried out on-site — bolt tightening, filter replacements, fluid top-ups. Additional charges apply. We'll always confirm before proceeding.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, 3-month minimum commitment. After that, cancel with 30 days' notice.
Where do you operate?
Dubai only, within 35 km of Cityland Mall. Beyond 35 km: AED 3 per km each way.
Can I add a second bike?
Yes. Additional AED 100 (Essential), AED 150 (Pro), or AED 200 (Pro+) for second bike at same location.
