We will collect a security deposit at the time of booking. The amount will be according to the motorcycle you are renting and is applicable per motorcycle and cannot be consolidated or discounted as a part of a group booking.
This deposit cannot be adjusted against any rental booking amount.
The deposit will be held for a maximum of 10 working days after the motorcycle has been returned and will be refunded after deducting charges mentioned below.
We reserve the right to claim an additional amount in case the toll and the traffic fines exceed the deposit amount.
In case of a total loss, renter has to bear the replacement cost of the motorcycle.
All our motorcycles have third party damage included and comprehensive insurance cover can be opted for at an extra daily charge.
TPL Only: Renter has to cover the cost of any damage caused to the motorcycle.
Comprehensive Cover: If it is not the riders fault, there will be no charge to them. In case it is the riders fault, the security deposit will be used to cover the insurance excess charges + AED 500 + police fines if applicable.
Rider coverage can be opted for at an additional charge but passengers are not covered. Kindly inform us a few days in advance if personal rider coverage is needed.
Damages incurred by misuse or carelessness are not included under insurance and will be settled against your deposit.
